My favourite thing was getting to eat there on earth day and liked the fries in the cone with the cider vinegar. The Chef Jordy had a big tattoo of a beet on his arm, i guess it’s because he really likes vegetables. It is nice to read a menu where the ingredients are organic and local and from places we buy stuff from at the farmers market. We watched the other chef make a huge flame while cooking the mushroom dish. They even made a special dessert for my sister who has a severe nut allergy, we usually don’t get to have desserts at restaurants. I would tell you what to order, but the menu changes everyday because it depends on what Jamie wants to have and what mother nature decides to give us.
